After being a Loyal Client for years it turns out that Bonnie Miller and Associates without ANY indication has stated, "Come get your Information and go to H&R Block." Truly disappointing to say the least. As a Licensed and Nationally Board Certified Mental Health Counselor, this is Absurd. I understand that Ms. Miller has a very large practice and her clientele includes some very successful and large companies, guess I am NOT BIG Enough or make enough money for her time.
Now with 2015's extension almost up is when she tells me, Sorry, Come pick up your information and go to H&R Block.
Terrible on Many and ALL Levels. When she was busy and her husband Mark would help me, I NEVER said one word about paying for HER Knowledge and Expertise only to be handed off to Mark for assistance.
I would NOT Recommend this Company to ANYONE.
