They are willing to help and answer questions and they truly care about you and your family. I can't say enough about this wonderful office!

Part of the Crossroads "family" for 10 years! Started there with a running injury and have never looked back because chiropractic is about so much more. I've been to a number of Chiropractors in my 63 years and Dr. Stephanie and all Crossroads Associates have been the most helpful! Tops in the field and profession they are truly concerned, thorough, and considerate in one's health problem, adjustment, and long term healing. Their whole program from the start has been very beneficial health wise, affordable, and with tremendous results! For years I have not been able to get out of bed and stand up straight. It would take hours to accomplish this posture. Today I'm almost as straight as an arrow when I get up in the morning feeling so much better! My breathing has improved and my whole structure is more balanced and in alignment! Just had my 1yrs ex-rays and I show such an amazing improvement over day one that I highly recommend Crossroads Chiropractic to everyone!! I've been getting adjusted at Crossroads for about 8 months now. They are very professional and thorough. I have had 3 sets of x-rays since I started going there, to check on my progress, and have been given home excercises to help aid in my progress. There are 3 chiropractors in an open concept treatment area, which makes getting in and out for an appointment very easy. In addition to adjustments, the Crossroads team offers family services, seminars, customer appreciation activities, and many other services in order to promote wellness through Chiropractic. While I do feel that they can be a little "cult-ish" with their clientelle, I will continue to go there because the service I get is fantastic. You do pay for a year up front, but that's just more motivation to keep you on schedule for your adjustments. :) And as a first year patient, each visit is about $23, an amount that lessens the longer you go to the same office. I would HIGHLY reccomend Crossroads to anyone.

In the event that you end treatment you are still obligated to pay for the full year of the contract, even though you are not receiving treatment. They never asked or reviewed how my treatment was affecting me, they just keep doing manipulations to the body. In my case to the point of damaging more than repairing my body.
