Certain people in this place are very rude, I do have the persons name that i spoke with and he wasnt any help at all he did not even know the job number there to give me, and instead of answering my question even though i was upset he hung up on me. I would advise for your things to get delivered by fedex or maybe another ups store near you. PS they never get the address correct.
