I have been going to this doctor a few months now and I am seriously considering going somewhere esle. I have not come accross another unprofessional person like dr. kossowan in my life. On my initial visit she had given me a reasonable treatment plan given that I pay half off on the day of my first treatment. The only problem was, she was never consistent with her work, always forgetful, never received a rational explanation from her about bills, wouldn't show up for appointments on time and on top just plain rude with her behaviour. Her staff complains about her all the time to patients about her which I find utterly shocking but I guess she's been driving them nuts just like she has me. I wouldn't recommend this lady to anyone in their right mind.
