Service after the sale is terrible. I owned my vehicle for less than one month when I was told by a certified mechanic that the tires were dry rotted; I specifically ask the night of the purchase what kind of condition the tires were in. Customer service representatives are especially rude; as a matter of fact, when I called to inform the dealership about my problem I was hung up on three times! Individuals seem very personable at the time, but I discovered different once I needed something done. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone; it was my first time purchasing a vehicle from them and it will definitely be my last. I learned this lesson the hard way; from now on I will buy vehicles from places that I know I can depend on to deliver great service even after the sale.
