i.e., A local faI planned a family night with my wife & 3 kids at the Pekin Haunt. We were the 3rd-7th people in line on Sat. night. The event started 10 min. late and then my wife was split-up from the rest of our family - even after we asked to wait for the next truck because employees/volunteers aren't able to control the loading of the trailer! We were told waiting for the next one wasn't allowed - even the worst carnival ride operator will allow you to wait in line to stay together! The haunted corn maze is the same way - we thought we would try to redeem the evening, but were told yet again that we all wouldn't be allowed to go together! Furthermore, this event is advertised as a Zombie Shoot, but the people running the place evidently don't have any clue what a zombie is - they look more like wraiths (people running around in black cloaks with make-up). If you are looking for an experience & a fun night out with the family - avoid this place! The ladies taking the money have no concept of how to treat an unhappy customer - instead they laugh at you and continue to grab other people's money with their false gimmicks & ads! My wife was at least given a refund, but with no apology - the lady taking the money only said, "that's not what the guy out there said." We purchased 200 paintballs - actually only had 50 pre-loaded in the attached guns. There is no practice shooting range either and the entire ride lasts approximately 5-7 minutes (and this is counting getting stuck in the mud -unloading all the passengers - getting unstuck - reloading the passengers - and continuing on)!! The only "scary" thing about this place - is the way customers are treated and the amount of money it costs!vorite, or highly recommended because
