Very disappointed with recent appraisals made by Glassey and Glassey. I believe their work to be inaccurate based on their outright refusal to compare my nearly new home with recent sales of new homes in the same neighborhood and of the same quality. They instead compared the value of my home to 2 foreclosures, and a private sale made to a family member (Parents sold their house to their children at a low price). This resulted in an inaccurate an extremely low valuation. This fiasco cost my family the ability to refinance. This company is clearly biased on the side of the lender by providing low valuations to provide a lender only very low risk loan valuations. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
