Plumber who came was very nice and did a great job. That said I feel the price were way too high. Had I not wanted something taken care of that day I would have gone elsewhere. Will not use again due to prices.

Appointment time was for 8am and bang-on 8am Dan R arrived. A quiet man who just went about his business in a professional way. Although I would have liked to ask him more questions as he diagnosed the oil-fired boiler, I didn't want to 'be looking over his shoulder' but he was able to answer everything I asked. He spent quite a time cleaning the pins & bottom of the flue of soot; replaced filter & nozzles and got the unit working. He left the boiler-room cleaner than when he first arrived! Best of all was the job was less than $300 (Nov 2014) and all in all, I couldn't ask for better than that!!

First time using this company, had seen the vans around my neighborhood but never actually used them . I thought I could easily replace my Kitchen faucet I guess I have been watching too many DlY network Shows. Anyhow, So I tried to replace the faucet and ended up creating a mess . I had a leak and no clue how to fix it . l called F&L who sent Kenny B. over . He was nice and very helpful. Quickly fixed the issue. I will be calling F& L in the future and asking for Kenny B. I hired Frank & Lindy to remove an unreliable high efficiency gas boiler and install a new one for my home. Within a week of placing my initial call to Frank & Lindy, I had a new unit fully installed and providing me and my family with reliable heat (hopefully for the next 15-20 years) throughout our house. One of the reasons I replaced the unit in our house was due to the fact that I preferred having Frank & Lindy as our HVAC company versus the entity I had been previously using. Scheduling is easy, their technicians are proficient in their work, and I always feel comfortable with having them in my home to perform services/work. This latest installation of a new gas boiler went exactly as I expected when I hired Frank & Lindy to do the work. High quality work that makes you feel you get value for what you are paying.

She is a senior citizen and Kenny was so wonderful to her.He diagnosed the issues ver quickly and was able to get her water back on even at such a late time of day . Greatly pleased by the advice and excellent service from Frank & Lindy Plumbing & Heating division. We just placed a combination a/c:heating unit in our sunroom. Wayne Toth is knowledgeable and forthright in his advice and extremely personable and capable. Installers Justin Lynch and Rob Thompson were prompt, careful and courteous.
