We visited this park in March, spring rains keeping the soil under the covers muddy. When hooking utilities up and emptying holding tanks you had to get in the mud. If you utilize satalite TV you cannot raise it if it is mounted on your rooftop. Their cable is not of real good quality(not many major networks on it). The covered canopy are a good idea for the hot parts of summer perhaps but for most RV'rs with awnings etc it is not that much of a plus.. Parts of RV park is still under construction, I would suggest leaving some spaces in the open for the short term guests. The park seemed to be occupied with working people and were full time residents. Overall the park provided full quality services and was very well maintained. Management was very friendly. Even though most residents were working people the park was quiet.

To expensive for what you get.

I have been there 5 weeks and have complained about the internet every week. The lady they have running is lazy and don't care if it works or not. But it is clean and some what Quiet. Not worth the price I don't think.
