CAUTION DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THE PEARLAND LOCATION!!!I know a friend that was hired on and witnessed abuse the 1st day they were there. The things I was told that went on there are inexcusable and unacceptable. I herd the animals were treated cruelly and roughly handled. When it came to caring for them the staff was careless and unconcerned for there well being. DONT fall for the fake front when you walk in the door. These people could care less about your animals. Unless the owner replaced the whole staff including the facility manager, don't ever trust your previous pets in their hands. You have been warned.
Amanda and David the co-owners of Pet Spa & Retreat. They are wonderful and will make sure that you as well as your baby are well taken care of. I had a misunderstanding at one of the location, and they resolved it immediately. Excellent service.

They have a really nice staff and have never failed to give my shih tzus great haircuts. The thing I like most about them is that both of my dogs love going inside! They always get so excited when we pull into their parking lot and can't wait to go in. They love the front desk girls and their groomer. I always get the package that includes daycare so I leave them all day and pick them up before they close. They only allow small dogs there for their daycare but they groom all kinds of dogs, however would recommend their place for both grooming and daycare.I have not yet tried their boarding but they have a very nice boarding area and the whole store is so clean every time I go in there.
