Prices went up everywhere but it isnt worth the money they want here. The poor quality carpet is like sandpaper. If it has padding its the thinnest they could buy. Walls are super thin. Its often windy here so when you check your mail you get misted by the pond's fountain spray. Smelly. The property floods. We've had some close calls with rising water from small storms. They also did not clean very well after the last tenant. He or a worker here had a bugger fetish. I noticed a bugger smeared on the bathroom wall first then on the kitchen wall so I started looking around. Buggers were on the walls around the bedroom windows, on the door to the patio, a few on the kitchen cabinets, & LOTS under all the counters OH THE HORROR Its always something with apartments but I hadnt experienced that before. I expected the screaming kids & dog poop but buggers everywhere was new. Oakbridge isnt the worst place but for the price there is better quality to be found in Pearland.
