Bought air conditioner from them in 2014 with 10 yr parts and labor warranty. Called June 28 for appoitment for service. Was given Tue July 2 2014 btw 12-5. No show. Called, Told tech was running late. Said ok I'd be here all night. They called me and said just could not get to me they had too many calls. Asked about next day.--No not next week either--they were just toooo busy for any service. I'd have to hire someone else. So, they let me believe for 4 days they would honor the warranty, did not show, and they said No. No service at all. Worst company ever!

My dog chewed some wires outside and the air quit working! I called Master Air and they sent Joe right over and he had the air back up and running in no time. I have to admit that at first I was a little concerned because Joe seemed so young, however after talking with him ...I quicky relized the guy had been doing this for a while and really knew his job!

Last week I had fifty people coming to my home for a party. As luck would have it my A/C decided to quit that morning! I called Master Air and received a call back within 5 or 10 minutes and had a service person at my home within the hour! This company is the BEST!
