Luis did a fantastic job. When you fall asleep during a massage, you know you're relaxed! He hit all my trouble areas and did some range of motions with my legs. Very satisfying.

My wife got a massage there and three months later they are still debiting our account . We asked for cancellation of her so called membership and was told it was cancelled. Two months later and after payments of $54, $44,and another $44 I was told by a "manager" I would have to submit utility bills and bank statements to get the membership cancelled. I called to their office and told them I would turn them into the police and BBB if we did not received a refund. Their answer was that later a deputy sheriff called my house threatened to arrest me and my wife on some type of threat charge. This individuals who said he was a sheriff was calling from the massage envy office and started wanting to know very personal information about me. When I refused to answer over the phone, he threatended me again with arrest. I guess they have someone on the payroll so they can threaten and run over anyone who looks into their membership package and wants their money back for services not used.

Scheduled a massage only to find out that they had double booked the room. They offered my wife and a free massage later, we declined
