I have been going to Accent Dental for over 10 years and Dr. Smith has always been very good. The staff is friendly and the facilities are very nice.

TOOTH FAIRIES ARE REAL! Posh looking facility and the staff too! Dr. Smith is dope (according to my teenage daughter). I would recommend Dr. Smith's office to anyone in need of dental care.

I have received ongoing treatment over the past few months which has included multiple oral surgery procedures leading to extensive dental restoration. The dentists, chair side assistants, hygienists, and general office staff have been efficient and always highly professional. They are ever mindful of my comfort and have worked to relieve my anxieties. I have had a number of procedures over many years and am pleased with the care I continue receive. The advanced technologies and standard of care has made my journey bearable. I'm pleased.

Dr. Smith is great! I now live in Spring, but having seen another dentist assigned by my insurance company 3 times for one painful problem with no resolution, no clear plan and zero options when I moved, I returned to Dr. Smith for my options and prompt, reliable, painless and friendly service. He saw me immediately and got started the same day. My teeth are not great and I’ve seen other dentists, but Dr. Smith is by far the best in meeting my goals and budget timely on both low cost repairs and cosmetic work. I’ve always been given the option of lowest cost to best and most beautiful solutions, but have never felt pressured on which option to choose and I very much appreciate the sensitivity to my needs at any given time. Dr. Smith is now quite some distance from me, but still worth the drive!

I have been going to Accent Dental for approximately 3 years now, with no complaints. I went in for a routine cleaning and the entire process went great on my last visit.

Everyone was really nice and friendly! I was in and out of the office within 1 hr. I was a new patient and pleased with the service and prices.

I would not recommend this practice. I went in for a cleaning and check-up and was presented with a $7800 treatment plan including 4 crowns! I went to another dentist for a second opinion who confirmed my suspicions that no work was necessary. My fillings were old, but could last another 20 years. This "preventive treatment" was not necessary.

My husband and I visited Accent Dental in Pearland twice each, once for an exam, and once for a cleaning, though we did not understand that those things were scheduled separately when we showed up for our first appointment. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.



Our first appointments were on a Friday, and the staff showed absolutely no respect for our time. It seemed they were there to chat with each other rather than to work.



But beyond that annoyance, I seriously question the integrity of this business. I had two wisdom teeth removed at a different dentist, and I expressed concern to Dr. Tran about my one remaining wisdom tooth (I only had 3 to start with), asking when it needed to come out. He looked at my x-ray and told me that the TWO remaining wisdom teeth needed to come out soon because they were badly impacted. Finally the assistant interrupted him to point out that I only have one remaining wisdom tooth. He was confused for a bit. I'd define knowing the number of teeth that I have as the bare minimum that I expect from a dentist.



I was also told that I needed two crowns because I grind my teeth, and my husband was told that he needed 3. When he asked why he needed 3, the assistant explained that they wanted to replace one of his silver crowns for appearances, which is not something that he'd expressed that he wanted done. Needless to say, we did not get any crowns put on by them.



The cleaning visit went fine, but our initial visit was so terrible that I know we will not be back.

Wow, What more can I say. Everywhere else I called was looking at two months to get an appointment. I got one at Accent Dental the next day. Dr Smith and his staff were fantastic, the office was clean and service was VERY professional. I had actually been diagnosed for a crown by another dentist and was seeking a second opinion. Dr Smith restored my tooth with a more conservative filling at half the cost of the previous dentist.

Beautiful office!!! I was a new patient and from the time I called to make the appointment until the time I left, I recieved nothing but excellent customer service. Dr. Spinks took the time to explain the treatment plan that I needed. I ended up getting 3 crowns and the hygienist did a wonderful job on my cleaning. I recommend this office to everyone!!!!

My proceedure started on an urget basis due to severe pain. It concluded with a new bridge two weeks later. In all my visits with Accent Dental I have NEVER experienced anything negative. How do you improve perfect service. Its a shame the White House doesn't run with this level of efficiency.

I seen allot of dentist over my life and this one rates in the top two.

This dentist seems pleasant to deal with but he seems very young and inexperienced, worst part is this dentist staff they really messed up somethings and they are dishonest.



Dr. Michael also seems to try to find as much as he can wrong with you and suggest huge expensive treatments for everything which would not be so bad if you really had to have all that work but he could be going overboard too so watch out!
