Founded in 1982, Historical Concepts provides architecture, planning and place-making services to homeowners, developers and civic clients. In 2010, Institute of Classical Architecture & Classical America awarded Historical Concepts with Arthur Ross Award. The company has contributed to award winning projects, including Langford House at Derry Plantation, Mitchell Cottage, Spring Island, Celebration Prototype House, Celebration, Village at Palmetto Bluff and Finkle Residence, to name a few. Historical Concepts is located in Peachtree, Ga. It serves the metro-Atlantic region.
