Never have I seen a office who can't hold on to one employee. Every time I take my kids back for a follow up visit ... I find out my provider is no longer there. Wait times are terrible even with a appointment.. 2-3 hours is ridiculous! Short staffed with no one to see you.. Get it together your loosing business!

I've had Botox for 6+ years all over, military. I have found, it may take a few times, and touch-ups are offered at no charge at Cosmedical, to find the amount that works best for me. I appreciate their conservative approach; ?promise less deliver more? concept so as to not have a top heavy eyelid, which I have had before on several occasions and it took forever to wear off, awful experience! ~ Great job Tammy! I love Cosmedical Spa, so until we move again, I'm sticking with Cosmedical. Front desk ladies are really nice too; something I haven?t found much of in the Midtown and Peachtree City area.  Where is that ?southern hospitality? I?ve heard so much about?

Great for microdermabrasion and facials; however, I would not get Botox here. I have had Botox before elsewhere and was thrilled with the results- smooth, natural looking, very rested looking. When I had Botox done here, I still had many lines in my forehead and could move it as well as before I got my treatment. There was too much lift at the eyebrows. I looked like Joan Crawford. Luckily, the effects were not long lasting. I think the solution may have been watered down, because prior, the results lasted up to 5-6 months. This treatment only lasted about one month.
