There is ZERO communication not only within this company but with the customer. Please be advised that they will try and get extra money from you somehow, 3 days before your closing, when your hands are tied behind your back and justify it all away because they can. This is a completely unethical company and I advise anyone looking for a mortgage to go elsewhere. If you would like specific details feel free to message me.
