am 75 year old went there to get my lunch in a cold winter day it was very busy one of the employee came out from inside and took my order and offered me a chair so that I can relax I was very impressed with the service. they not only took my order but also offered me a free coffee because it was a cold day......god bless them

I was there for dec promotion which other store in Peabody was not offering. I was there in this lowell st store for the first time and by my surprise the owner was there and she was great with the customer with a beautiful smile I go there now more offer because of the excellent service and fresh food .

First time in this Subway 4/29/14 around 6 pm, and had the best service from a young teen boy, he was so attentive and his smile and service will keep me coming back!
