Conversely, when approached in an organized manner, and with the help of knowledgeable professionals, the project can be one of the most rewarding of your life. Taking part in the design process from the outset will give you a true sense of ownership. At Deer Hill Architects, we have a time-tested process for the creation of great residential architecture. We have organized the process into several phases identified as: * Schematic Design Phase * Construction Document Phase * Bidding and Negotiation Phase * Construction Administration Phase The phases are organized in a logical continuum, where each decision is based on solid information that was derived by examining all practical options. Making wise decisions in the beginning of the design process is as important as building your house on a solid foundation during the construction process.
