I victemized by a serious malware attack. Paul promptly diagnosed it, and completely eliminated it. It was a widespread problem that he had already researched. He knew what to do.. It was a time-consuming process, but the charge was reasonable.This was the third time I've used Paul's Computer Repair. Great service--patient listener, knowledgeable and efficient,, reasonably priced.

Paul is astounding! My Toshiba laptop, with all my company's info, refused to display anything after being jostled around on a Caribbean trip. I tried everything, including my son who has three years' experience working on a computer help desk. It took Paul 20 minutes to have it working like new! the cost was completely reasonable -- I'd have paid much, much more to have my computer working again. Steve

We called Pauls repair to tune up 3 of our kids pc's in preparation of school starting in a couple of weeks. He came to our house the same day, spent about 3 hours and tuned up all 3 so that they run like they did when we purchased them. He is very professional, polite and knowledgable. We had problems getting online. Called Pauls repair on Sat A.M. By the afternoon, they had fixed our problem and also gave us a complimentary general tune up. This increased the speed of our computer by probably about 5 times faster. We are extremely satisfied with the end results and will use them again in the future.

When we turned on our desktop nothing happened, called Paul's pc Repair. They picked up the same day and returned it the following morning. The computer now runs like it did when we first bought it. They also installed, free of charge, a very good virus protection. The total price ended up being very reasonable and we have already recomended them to 5 or 6 of our friends. Paul went above and beyond when servicing my computer for me. He not only cleaned up my hard drive, but also replaced a broken letter on my keyboard at no extra charge.
