Eligibility for Central Utah Veterans Home includes U.S. Veterans who have served active duty, spouses of active duty Veterans, and Gold Star Parents. We provide 5-Star quality post-acute rehabilitation, extended skilled nursing care, and specialized memory care. Our individualized community floor plan, private rooms, and peaceful country setting provides a healing environment. Recreational, cultural and social activities are offered on a daily basis.
