Owners keep the grounds lush & lovely in addition to maintaining extremely high living standards in regards to keeping the park clean, quiet an ; friendly neighbors & frequent park socials/potlucks:. The weather couldn't be better, the neighborhood could not be nicer, having spent several years there on a parrtime basis, my heart has yearned to return...stores, entertainment opportunities are nearby, small town friendly, and you can take it as slow pace as you desire or jump right in and become an active town resident. Medical, dental...all necessities are right there, with Phoenix/Mesa being less than 90-mi away for access to the best specialists anywhere (even Mayo Clinic!), although I have never had better care than right there in the local hospital! I am seriously considering uprooting from my home of 40-years in order to spend my twilight years/retirement there. It's as close as you can get to heaven!
