Apartments very nice, however, management not the best,office never open per the hours posted. Office hours are 9:00 to 4:00 closed 12:00 to 1:00 for lunch. With these hours, no one ever in the office, most of us go to work,8 to 5, Better hours would be 9: to 6, with one hour for lunch. I have noticed that several apartments have pets, when I moved in, I was told no pets, you may have assistive pets, but I see several cats in windows, can not understand why the manager or { maint }person can't see them also. If they do, can only guess they choose to look the other way.I also see a lot of people in and out of several apartments, something isn't right. But I guess they just don't care. I understand this is a family low income property, not a , rent a place, and have your friends move in soon after. Some one needs to do something, but I don't look for it to happen.About all you can do is pay your rent, and don't expect much from the property manager, just not going to happen.

[PAST RESIDENT OF GREEN VALLEY APARTMENTS], HAS HAD SEVERAL MANAGEMENT COMPANIES, (4) AND SEVERAL MANAGERS, [4] OVER A FIVE YEAR SPAN, OF WHICH YOU WILL FIND ONLY ONE QUALIFIED. ALL OTHERS WERE NEVER AT WORK, OFFICE CLOSED HOURS AT A TIME, RESIDENTS WITH, {NOT ALLOWED} CATS AND DOGS. AS MANY AS 11 PEOPLE IN ONE THREE BEDROOM UNIT. jUNK CARS, SEVERAL WITH EXPIRED TAGS, PARKING LOTS USED FOR STORAGE. IN ONE BUILDING, THIS VERY DAY, PER RESIDENT LIVING IN THAT BUILDING, POT SMOKING SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK, AND SEVERAL PEOPLE LIVING IN THAT UNIT. BUT NOTHING BEING DONE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. THIS IS A FAMILY LOW INCOME PROPERTY, I WOULD NEVER MOVE BACK INTO THIS PROPERTY, WHY?NOT MUCH HAS CHANGED OVER THE YEAR THAT I HAVE BEEN GONE. SAME OLD STUFF, NO ONE WANTS TO OPEN THE CAN OF WORMS AND CLEAN UP THIS MESS. ALMOST ALL UNITS ARE RENTED, SO WHY CAUSE PROBLEMS, JUST LET THE LOW LIFE RUN THE PROPERTY IN THE GROUND, AND DRIVE THE GOOD FOLKS OUT. GOD HELP THE OWNERS.
