I brought in two watches needing batteries (they were done in just a few minutes); a ring that needed a diamond repair; and a ring with 3 diamonds that I wanted turned into a diamond drop. Brian discussed designs with me and I felt he really listened to me as to what I really liked. I couldn't be happier how the drop turned out....its is beautiful! and each time I wear it, I get compliments and take the opportunity to brag about New England Gold and Silver. I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to write this one. I sold my personal jewelry for the first time...ever. Needless to say, I was a little nervous and didn't know what to expect.
