i.If I could give them a 1/4 star that would be too good. Absolutely terrible; would never use again. Incompetent when it comes to completing an order. The order was discussed at length regarding the precise flowers and the affectionate name on the ribbon, none of which was delivered. I was given the lame excuse that they didn't have the letters for the name. Never called to say they could not execute the funeral arrangement for my mother as I had ordered and was very insensitive about the situation. She told me that an incorrect order should not be a concern of my at this time. If it had been done correctly it would not have put more stress and emotional strain on my family. Luckily another florist in the area was called and delivered just what I had wanted within a few hours.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended because
