i.e., A locaI called to make an appointment to have my windows tinted, had a day off from work, so I made it, it was 2 weeks in advance. I called 2 days prior, to confirm the appointment, and they said it was all set, drop it off first thing in the am. When I got there, the guy doing the install, didn't know anything about it, thought somebody told him that I re-scheduled. The owners son, confirmed that I didn't, said the car might be done by 4. The installer kept saying, he didn't know, and that he might have to go out. The owners son, then told me that they cater to dealerships first. We agreed that I would bring the car back in a few hours, so I could run errands. I called back, to make sure it would get done, the guy told me they can't do, that the installer was going to CT. for a dealership. Needless to say, I was upset, and no resolution was provided. All he could tell me, was he had a guy call out. Called back, trying to come up with a resolution, got the owner. I explained w
