Dr. Castiglia is an intelligent, highly competent, and extraordinarily thorough physician. While focusing on preventative medicine on the one hand, his thoroughness enables him to accurately diagnose and treat existing conditions. He has a direct manner with his patients which can be more appreciated by men than by women but he is professional with all patients. While sometimes hurried, he is willing to slow down and completely answer his patients' questions.
