This company should not be permitted to install pools, ever. The quality of their work is horrible. The owner will manipulate you into believing his work is top notch. Believe me from first hand experience, his work is awful. He will overlook and skip the simplest of building practices, yet demand payment upon completion of the subpar work. Run as far as you can away from this company. They should have their business licenses revoked. Absolutely the worst customer service experience of my life as well. RUN!

You should stay VERY far away from this company. They are terrible in regards to product installation and they are truly dishonest. They aren't even worthy of a one star rating. Save your money because their substandard installation are far below manufacturers guidelines. This company will deliberately disregard your concerns and requests. I would absolutely never recommend Pawley's Pools to ANYONE! Stay away from this horrific company!

Poor workmanship and doesn't stand behind the product. My sundeck lasted a total of two months before the walls cracked. I have spent the past 6 months trying to get him to fix the problem. Two Better Business Bureau complaints and the problem hasn't been addressed yet.

Beware....Does not finish the job...(but takes your money)Damages your property(but does not fix it) as i type this my lawyer is doing paper work for the law suit.... feel free to contact me i wiil show you pics or give you more details!!! still concreate on my house and windows from nothing but a mess!!!!!!

Our experiance with Pawleys pools was a great pleasure, we love our new pool area!!

Pawleys pools did what they promised to do , and we were very satisfied when we paid the final ballance due.
