The manager is never here. When we call we can never get anyone, we leave messages we never get called back. We leave service requests, and nothing ever happens. We don't get a phone call about it we don't get a drop by. The maintenance man lives in the building by us and acts like he would never know that there was a request. I've called their office in Baton Rouge who is over the company and left messages every day for a week, still to this day have not spoken to the supervisor about problems that happened months ago. We have to take care of things our selves just to make our home livable.
