TERRIBLE. I ordered a cake and received confirmation. The next day my husband called to see when he could pick it up they had no idea about my order... I immediately called them to jog their memory, but no one answered so I called again and let the phone ring. I knew they were there; my husband even informed them seconds before I called. As the phone rang and rang someone picked it up- listened and hung up- that happened three times. At that time it had become more of the principle than anything. I finally got through after 7 repetitive calls; they remembered speaking to me, and said the cake is "not ready" they were hesitant at giving me an approx. ready time so I figured it would be a couple hours or so. I asked again for a ballpark time they said... 20minutes. I feel the troubles that I encountered w/ this bakery is not worth my money and frustration for such average cakes and most of all careless customer service. I've earned my money;to be Frank, they have not... There has got to be other dominican cake bakeries that deserve the business. Mary's cakes deserve NO stars!



Update: They said they would call me in 20 min. After forgetting to make my cake; followed by ignoring my calls.. Its been 11hours- no call- no cake. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL... They are thee worst experience I have had.

Horrible service. Dont know where to start, the cake wasn't centered. There was two different shades of yellow on my cake. Fondant was used and frosting. The cake was tilted on one side and when I went to tell her she pointed fingers and said it was cause because of the car ride to the place. The cake was hot meaning it wasn't fully cooled down yet which is crazy considering the fact that I called two hours a head of the time I was gonna pick it up which she told me that it was done since the morning, if that is so why would the cake me hot? The fondant was even melting. This bakery is one that I will never recommend nor return to.
