Worst customer service ever.This place doesn't even deserve one star! The receptionist has the nasty altitude doesn't know any of professionalism I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. horrible customer service and the place is nasty
Worst customer service ever.the girls look like they just arrive afterthe night club lookinghorrible.they way they treat you is like if they were in the hood.and were is the manager.they dont want to work.you ask they a question and they freak out.with so many people that want to work and thats the kind of people they have working.so many girls and they cant handle them self, its just a complete mess.I wish there was a number were I could place a complain with.the only good about there is the doctor and a african american girl that does the contact that works there...horrible avoid this place..
My appointment went smoothly. Besides that, everything was horrible. They dont say A WORD to you, not even a "hi can i help you?" they take FOREVER TO DO YOUR GLASSES! i payed on a monday and the lady said they should be done within a week.. it was almost 3 weeks before i got glasses. horrible customer service!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE they girls are rude!!
This place doesn't even deserve one star! The costumer service is crazy. You can walk through their doors stand at there counter and they won't even acknowledge you standing there. They have so many ppl working @ once its no way it should b this way. All I wanted to do was order one box of contacts and they had me waiting over 45 minutes! I felt like u was waiting for the doctor. If you can, Avoid this place! !
