My family and I will never order from this place again! Food was decent, but the service was by far the worse. We ordered about $37 worth of food to be delivered. The girl who took the order didn't know how to properly process the debit card transaction, so I volunteered to go pick up the food and pay cash. The girl then calls me back tells me that the machine was working again and tried to process the payment again and a receipt didn't print so for them the transaction didn't go through. I checked my account and the transaction said processing. I called to make them aware, and I was told to show the proof to the driver. I did! While eating, they called us to tell us that they didn't receive the money and that we needed to go to the establishment to pay them cash. I told them no because the bank has that payment on hold and if the payment was refunded I would go and drop off the money. There were 2 more calls after that and the last one included the owner yelling at my husband and me telling us that the payment didn't go through. They called my husband everyday for 4 days asking if the payment cancelled, and one time even told us to go to the bank to cancel the transaction. The payment finally cleared and was processed. They still didn't see it on their end and called us to threaten us that they were going to call the police because we didn't pay. We were inconvenienced without an apology and personally had to go to the establishment to show them the bank statement. As a business owner, I would prefer to lose less than $40 than to lose a customer that attempted to pay. NO GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE WHAT SO EVER! Not to mention harassment.
