I have been going to this place for about two years. A week ago, I brought a pair in to be hemmed...she charged 13.00, which I thought was pricey. I went back on the day I was told to come back, and they weren't done. I went back two days later, and the hem (on both legs were not straight). However, I placed a 20.00 dollar bill on the counter, which she grabbed immediately. Upon telling her that I didn't like the job she had done, and that I didn't want to pay until it was fixed...she said, "NO. YOU PAY NOW," and she would NOT give me back my money. A day before I was to pick up the pants (a third time), I called her and told her to be sure to fix BOTH legs of the pants and she said she would. I picked them up today, and told her that one leg was still crooked and she replied, "No, there's no problem," and she refused to fix them, but she had my money, so I just left. As a result, I will NEVER go there again, and I suggest you don't either!
