      Fairharbor owners inc.....true to their stripes....trying to foreclose on a unit after not acting on a complaint made in april 2013!!!! Slumlords who think a kayak rack is more important than water damage to a unit is...stay away from this place....bunch of housewives running the board of directors here.....and i can tell you had ANY OF THEIR UNITS NEEDED REPAIRS BECAUSE OF THE MISREPAIR OF THE BUILDINGS IT WOULD HAVE BEEN DONE IN LESS THAN 60 DAYS.....stay away from this place....they dont care about residents...they will do everything they can to get you to pay and ignore your valid complaint.....
