Amazing group of people here. I went in today,just on a whim to get some tire work done and check into some new rims.I had no appointment.They took my car in within 5 minutes.Had it back to me in about half an hour. And two gentleman by the names of Mike and Jeff gave me some great info on how to get the look I want on my Camaro and save money doing it. Today was my first time at Big Brand Tires...It will not be my last. Good job guys.Thank you........

Awesome! We were in Paso Robles on vacation yesterday and while checking out of our hotel noticed a huge screw in our tire. Big Brand was the only place that we could find that was open on Sunday. They were super friendly and quickly repaired our tire for free! Thank you for saving our vacation Big Brand Tires!!

I would highly recommend Big Brand Tires to anyone in the area. Big Brand tires was incredibly helpful to me when I was traveling down HWY 101 and got a flat tire in a rental trailer 20 miles from Paso Robles on a late Saturday afternoon. Mike and Frank answered the phone numerous times and helped me find the jack in my Honda Pilot. They stayed on the phone with me when I needed moral support and told me not to worry if I got to their store at closing, they would help me. I was so thankful to have their support. Once I got the tire to them they fixed it efficiently and the price was very reasonable. Thank you Frank and Mike and Big Brand Tires.

Boy was I impressed! My flat tire was not fixable so after they offered me some options I told them it was a used one that I had purchased and couldn't afford a new one at that time. They actually found a perfectly good used one in the back, put it on and didn't charge me a dime! For anything!!!

It's the first time for me to drive 6 hours alone, and when I passed by Paso Robles I heard some noise from my brake. I don't have much experience so I got quite worried. And this was on Sunday so many auto shops are not open. Finally I found Big Brand. The staff Billy is very friendly. He did a quick inspection and assured me that all of my braking pads are thick thus it's safe for me to continue my trip. He didn't charge me for anything.

What great customer service!! Prices are about what's going around. I came in at 5:30 and they got me in & out within 15 minutes!! FREE fix a flat!! Can't go wrong there!! I will be back for sure!!

This is my second car that has been with Big Brand. Asst. Manager Billy is always accommodating and can answer all my questions. I needed 4 tires, an oil change, and a back wheel alignment this trip. I had looked up coupons for oil and alignment on Big Brand site so was able to also save some money.

Great prices on tires. I always compare. Great service. The free fix a flat and free tire rotations are what got me in and coming back for tires. Staff is great. I just had another regrettable experience at a local "oil change place" and I called BB to ask about their oil changes. It's about $20.00 cheaper at Big Brand. $20 is a LOT of money. I'll now be going top Big Brand for all my oil changes.

Once again BBT is awesome. I wednesday or Thursday. So I made an appointment for yesterday. I also had them do a tire rotation. So, in one hour, I had my oil changed and tires. The service guys are attentive to what the business needs to make money BUT also attentive to what customers expect for good service. I've purchased "at least" two sets of tires from them and will go back whenever I need tires. This is one great outfit. Thanks Big Brand Tires.

Big brand always does a good job. I bring my jeep in to get it aligned, quick and easy and the guys up front are always freindly and helpful.

they offer to fix your flat tire for FREE. You can't beat free. The people are friendly and very pleasant. The price is right! Ya can't beat free! I have bought most of my tires from them and they have always had competitive prices Will be returning!

Made an appointment, drove in, left the car. They removed 2 nails, fixed the holes and didn't charge me anything. Can't ask for more than that. When I need tires, I'm buying them from Big Brand. Very helpful and pleasant to work with. Thanks for the great service.

I have always receive amazing customer service and quick feedback. I have never felt pressured to buy or "fix" something on my car. They have always been concerned about my budget and ALL the details I have to say about my car. Other places have flat out told me "you are not a mechanic so how would you know". That's the point. I don't know what is important. I just tell them everything and this place gets that. They really try to help the customer and meet all their needs. I will be a long time customer!! :)

Needed tires in a flash and it was late in the day. These guys got me a great tire at a great price and all under an hour. Great customer service, thanks guys
