Kris Allen is a Paso Robles Weight Loss Coach, Nutritional Health Coach, Holistic Health Practitioner, Reiki Master, and a CA State Certified Massage Therapist. She has studied bodywork, energy therapies, learned and practices Herbology, and natural healing since the 80's. Besides her formal training she interned with a local Chiropractor who tutored her in Anatomy, Physiology and Kinesiology. She completed a 2 year Kinesiology program gaining knowledge and skills as a Health & Wellness Practitioner from the Kinesiology Institute of Southern California; Life Coaching courses, gaining a better understanding of what motivates us, heightened listening skills as well as learning when to support or challenge a client to help guide them towards achieving their goals/dreams, be it health goals or personal growth.
