Unbelievable Customer Service purchased a bandsaw 2 yrs ago. It was missing the rails for the fence, no questions just ordered it for me, this is what businesses do when they want to keep customers, many can learn from them!! THANK YOU!

The employees are really nice and the selection of items is really good. I'd recommend this store to anyone that wants to help out locals trying to run a small business. A great place to shop.

the review that was wrote about the people at milne being unpatriotic couldn't be farther from the truth! the electric tool tech is a desert storm combat vet and i was told the only reason he was employed was because milne supports our troops and wanted to help a veteran out!as far as not rehiring the help, word on the street is that help, which was good help for years,started helping himself to many products and running a racket with a few other employs that were busted for it,i believe that is the reason for not hiring back that great employee,would you hire a guy back that was involved in 75,000 dollars in theft! now that the true story is out there i would say milne is a great local store , low prices, lots of stock and quick repair service (the only repair in the tri cities) and an occasional gripe from the old man back in repair.overall a great store for contractors and homeowners alike!

Good prices on most tools, but service has gone downhill in the last year or so. They wouldn't rehire one of their best employees because he left to be deployed to Iraq. I'll keep my business with companies that support our veterans.
