This company is the best i called and they came out fast and ftendly just great people

My car broke down in Blewett Pass outside of Wenatchee yesterday morning. I called my insurance company who put me in touch with Jaeger Towing out of Cashmere. I have a foreign car and thanks to the tow truck driver, Charlie, I was put in touch with the best foreign auto shop in Wenatchee. Charlie was the best!!! He rescued me and my son and made sure we and the Saab made it safely to the Global Auto shop on the Avenue. Can't recommend Jaeger highly enought! Professional, quick, and very informed!

Just completed a wonderful service with this company! Called and was answered with a friendly voice who quickly answered all of my questions. Had a truck at my place to get rid of an old junked car within 30 mins. The driver was just as friendly and helpful as the lady on the phone. Fantastic Customer Service and would recommend to anyone!

Jaeger's towing is amazing. i was stranded in the middle of nowhere, AAA said within 90 mins. i had no gas, and come to find out my TIRE had blown out. myself, being the young adult that i am had no idea how to change a tire properly. much to my amazement, Jaeger's towing arrived in 30 MINS!!! i was shocked, and the service provider was outstanding, he got my tire changed in a flash and my fuel all ready for me! THANK YOU JAEGERS!! i will DEFINITELY contact them in the future!! 2 big thumbs up! double the rating(:

This company is great..I was having car trouble on the side of the highway thought it would take forever to get help it was just me and my daughter.AAA said 30 mins i thought about just calling my husband and asking him to leave work but decided to wait a little while..But much to my surprise these guys showed up fast within 10 mins..Not to mention the guy was extremly nice and helpful.He got me back on the road in a flash..Thanks Jaeger's towing for the awesome experience..I asked for a buisness card and will definatly request these guys in the future.

DO NOT USE!!! They have HORRIBLE customer service after the initial service is provided. I used my DEBIT card and my account was charged 3 months LATER. I called and asked about it and the woman on the phone was rude and abcolutely did not care that this could potentially cause an issue with peoples' accounts. She failed to understand that customer service extends to billing and payments. USE SOMEONE ELSE. DO NOT USE!!!
