Granite Northwest Inc. provides construction services and aggregate materials throughout eastern Washington and northern Oregon. Originally formed as a result of the acquisition of superior companies throughout eastern Washington, it is a merit shop contractor functioning under Northwest Operating Group of Granite West. The company is an affiliate of Granite Construction Inc., which serves both public and private sector clients across the United States. Incorporated in 1922, Granite Construction Inc. is a producer of sand, gravel, ready-mix, asphalt concrete and other construction materials. The company has completed various transportation infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, tunnels, bridges mass transit facilities and airports.
