I have had my rainsoft water softner and water system for nine years.And still a few months ago I had aproblem with the water softner leaking called and they came and fixed it.Today I had a problem with my reverse water system.Called and Danell I think was her name was very helpful got me in touch with Dave Philips who repairs and install in short order I was up and running.Thats what you call good service .And a company that stands behind what they sell. I've had my RainSoft water system for over 12 years. Its a great system and have never had a problem with it. Clean Water Specialists is who I purchase it from. After they came and check my system last time, they informed me it was working perfectly and was STILL under warranty..
