I would not even give this store a 1. We have gone there many times over the past eight year and that store has been besieged almost every time we have gone there. We have encounter so many problem from excessive wait times (1 1/2hrs), told us prescriptions were ready and the weren't, incorrect pricing and so many more. I went to 3 CVS stores only to find that they were out of the pain medication my husband needed after just having had surgery. That was last week. This week I thought I would give them one more try. Tonight I went by to pick up a prescription at 4:30 only to find them closing for the night because they didn't have a pharmacist on duty.I had my doctor's office transfer all my prescriptions to RiteAide. The reputation of this store is well known to my doctor's office, coworkers, other pharmacies and friends. They should just close until they get their act together. I will never step foot in to this store or any other CVS store as long as I live!
