Shady Village is a lively manufactured home and RV community in Pasadena, not far from Galveston Bay. This community offers 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes featuring extended closets, dishwashers, central air conditioning and heating, and double-pane windows. Lots and RV spaces are also available. The RV spaces, rented by the month, provide full hookups (30 and 50 amps), with yards and grassy areas at most sites. Amenities include a swimming pool, a basketball court, and a large community room that is often used for gatherings. The community provides easy access to Beltway 8 and I-225, and is only a half mile from Strawberry Park with its playing fields and other recreational facilities. Pets are accepted under the community policy.
