The manager is rude!!! The Asst. Mgr Cindy is the only person that will respond to any concerns. The grounds are kept neat which blends in really well with the tagging on the bldgs. No prior notice of entry into rented apts. is given. The apt over me had a plumbing problem which required coming into my apt. Part of the sheetrock had to be removed over my tub. After the job was finished (well almost) the maint.guys didn't paint the replaced sheetrock nor did they clean the feces off the wall or even attempt to clean the tub. I was crazy enough to sign a 1 yr.lease versus the month lease. They advertise the cheapest rent in the area which may be true but as the old saying goes....You get what you pay for or less.The apts. are also very dated,no dishwasher,other appliances older than dirt.
