      (JX ncti) is a wholly owned subsidiary of JXTG Nippon OIL & energy (JXTG NOE) of JAPAN. JX ncti was originally formed in 1989 (AS NISSEKI chemical Texas Inc. ) to manufacture specialty chemicals utilizing proprietary technology developed by JXTG noe, a process for the manufacture of ethylidene NORBORNENE (ENB) was developed in the 1970’S by OUR parent Company (JXTG NOE). This proprietary process is used AT a plant located in kashima. Japan and TWO operating units in OUR Pasadena. TX facility (started in 2003 and 2007). ENB is primarily used AS a TER monomer in the production of certain grades of EPDM rubber.
