UNRELIABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. We agreed to a price and a date for a simple tree-trim job: No show, no call. After leaving several messages, I finally reached someone at the office and set a new date for the job. Again, no show, no call. We called numerous times and left messages. The few times that we did speak to a representative, there was no apology. Even the owner did not respond to our calls. Don't waste your time with this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

We had scheduled a tree removal at our house. A bad thunderstorm passed through and broke part of the tree and made it very hazerdous for us to use the backyard. I appreciated that they were able to move me up in their schedule to accomodate this hazerdous situation . All of our neighbors use Bay Area and we will continue to use them

We had some pruning that we needed. We contacted Bay Area and they came out to give the estimate within 24 hrs. The price was very reasonable and we were pleased with the service and were surprised to see that they left our property clean of branches and debris. Thanks again

I would not recommend this service. It took 3 months for the work to be done on our property. We contacted them in April and it was the end of June before complete. On several occasions we had appointments for them to do the work and they simply never showed up. They couldn't even be bothered to call us with a reason and it was up to us to call them to find out what was going on. We would then reschedule and they would no call no show again. They couldn't even be bothered to apologize. We wont ever use again and when asked by neighbors "who did you use?" we emphatically say to NOT use Bay Area Tree Care
