Very insincere, actually lied about why she was so late coming back to office, "I just had to brush my teeth -- I couldn't see you after lunch without doing that." The front office had explained to the very full and angry waiting room why no one was being seen on time. All doctors were more than 30 minutes late. When she went to the computer to enter notes on my treatment, she got confused about where she had taken growths off. Tried to convince me that I had a condition and proceeded to show horrific pictures on computer of worst case scenarios if not treated by her right away. (I do not have that condition.) Later found out that she also lied about being my internist's "good friend," and getting so many referrals from her because Diaz is such a good dermatologist.
