Founded in 2005, General Finance Corporation is a holding company that operates various subsidiaries. It maintains a subsidiary, Royal Wolf, which sells portable storage, accommodation and intermodal containers. The subsidiary offers a range of leasing and modification services. Royal Wolf maintains a staff of more than 250 employees. Its subsidiary provides dry storage, refrigerated and hazardous goods containers in a variety of sizes and designs. Royal Wolf serves various retail outlets, manufacturers, local councils and government departments, building and construction companies, clubs and sporting associations, mine operators and individuals. General Finance Corporation also maintains a subsidiary, Pac-Van, which leases and sells a range of modular buildings and mobile offices.
