- Prenatal Massage
- Craniosacral MassageCranial sacral therapy (CST) is sometimes also referred to as craniosacral therapy. Cranial sacral therapy is one of the tools and techniques we use to help or compliment care. It uses light touch to release fascia, a connective tissue that wraps around every muscle (organs too). This allows the body to “unwind” and return to a more balanced state.
- Chiropractic AdjustmentsDr. Kolleen is magic. My kids and I have been seeing her for years and we always feel great after a treatment. She has a wonderful combination of training/knowledge and intuition, plus such an upbeat personality that every visit is fun. I enjoy chatting with her and hearing her respectful conversations with my kids almost as much as the chiropractic adjustment. I recommend her to all my friends and have never heard anything but rave reviews.
- Spinal AdjustmentsSpinal adjustments for infants and young children involve very light fingertip pressure to correct spinal misalignments. This amount of “force” is often not more than a finger touch. This is usually sufficient to restore mobility to spinal joints which have become locked and are causing interference to the normal nervous system function. Occasionally, the adjustments will make a ‘popping’ sound when the spinal joints are moved; however, this is not always heard when children’s spines are adjusted. Other techniques involve the use of hand-held instruments which offer specific and gentle correction.
- SubluxationChiropractic care benefits all aspects of your body's ability to be healthy. This is accomplished by working with the nervous system--the communication system between your brain and body. Doctors of Chiropractic work to correct spinal, pelvic and cranial misalignments (subluxations). When misaligned, these structures create an imbalance in surrounding muscles and ligaments. Additionally, the resulting nerve system stress may affect the body's ability to function optimally.

You can also do this with just finger pressure as you remember to do it.
