• Severance Agreement
  If an employer terminates an employee, they sometimes offer a severance package.   Quid pro quo: In this form of harassment, an employer or supervisor demands sex or involves toleration of sexual harassment from an employee. They threaten that the employee will lose their job or benefits if they refuse.
