I Sent a Manilla envelope from Kissimmee, Florida to NJ via UPS PARSIPPANY, NJ packaged arrived in Parsippany NJ June 11, 2020 it never left there for the destination of West Milford. Have been getting the run around for over three weeks, from not sure why to oh quarantine!! Seriously people stop all the excuses!! As of today July 3rd, now I'm told by UPS "Elvis" (you can't make this stuff up) they now claim nevered received the package and I'll have to submit a lost claim form!! I'm done NEVER ever will I use UPS again! DONE !!

I tried to call main center in Parsippany to ask that deliveries be wrapped in plastic when exposed to rain. No other complaints. When you dial their main number you cannot select customer service. There is no selection offered to ask questions or raise concerns. I’m disappointed.

I paid a lot of money to have my package shipped to me within two days. It was supposed to come on Friday, which is what the tracking info said and what it was supposed to be with the extra I paid to get it to me. I did not receive it. This was for two seperate packages that I needed before I left for vacation tomorrow. They told me that I did not receive it because it had to be signed for because at apartment complexes they cannot just leave it. This is not my first time ordering there nor my first time receiving from UPS. They always leave it on my front porch with no problem. I spent over 80.00 getting it shipped fast because it was particular health things I needed and now they are holding it. I called several times to see if I can pick it up this morning when they opened and they told me no, there is a holding wait. I cannot explain how many issues and problems they have caused. There people are bery rude as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
